I have finally arrived in Nagpur! The train reached Nagpur station before time- something that Indian railway passengers are having difficulty getting used to after years of delayed trains and involuntarily extended journeys! But this is a welcome change so no complaints!

When I went to collect my motorcycle from the luggage van at the back of the train I find that it hadn’t been uploaded in Jaipur! Apparently IR got an order for an entire luggage compartment on lease so they decided to ship my motorcycle on the next train- true to IR protocol they never thought of informing me, ofcourse!

So I go meet the luggage incharge at the station and get a promise from him that he will contact me as soon as the MC is loaded and arrives in Nagpur. I then get an auto, load my other stuff which was considerable and proceed towards my first home away from home!
