In what is turning out to be an embarrassment for the company, 360 Jet Airways pilots and first officers have gone on ‘sick leave’. and no, this is not a case of ‘pilot flu’.

The company had to cancel many flights and thousands of passengers have been stranded. The issue at stake here is the formation of a union by the pilots. This is a classic case of conflict between employees and management. Read the article here.
